This week, I have a few more pictures from the arboretum.
Of course, I have no idea what any of these are. I promise I will start looking at the names of the flowers.
I loved the spikes on this one.
This one reminded me of little raindrops.
The colors of some of these blew me away.
For more macro goodness, check out Studio Waterstone.
They are all just gorgeous! The first one reminds me of fireworks.
ReplyDeleteI think the spiky ones, at least the purple one, may be "allium." (Somehow related to the onion, I believe.) I'm no expert and stand welcome to be corrected. :-) (Oh, and the last one is an iris.) ...And they are all VERY beautiful..of that, I am sure! :-)
ReplyDeleteLove raindrops. Beautiful photos.
ReplyDeleteWow - what beautiful shots - amazing! Love the colors indeed!!
ReplyDeleteAs Sharyl said, the last one is an iris and the first and third are alliums, part of the onion family. These pictures are beautiful and the colors are great!
ReplyDeleteWonderful flowers. I love spring.
ReplyDeleteGreetings Sabine
