This week, Sally asked us to find something in season.
Luckily, I had the perfect subjects --
this purple pepper
and this gorgeous plum.
Sally is still having technical difficulty with her blog. You can check what the other participants found below.
Wow - I thought it was an apple from the thumbnail. I've never seen a purple pepper
ReplyDeleteI love all of the colorful peppers! Patiently waiting for my green pepper to turn red!
ReplyDeleteThat's a new one on me, I too thought "what's going on with that apple" from the thumb. My husband always blames me for ruining him when it comes to peppers. He used to enjoy green before I introduced him to the rest, now there's no going back
ReplyDeleteI thought the purple pepper was an apple too... not sure I've ever seen a pepper that colour!
ReplyDeleteI've never seen a purple pepper either. Cool!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!! I've never seen a purple pepper.
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos! Does the purple pepper taste like a green one? They would look very cool in a salad.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shots - gorgeous color! Love that pepper.
ReplyDeleteI too thought the purple pepper was an apple until I read your post - awesomeness! It's so beautiful. Should be in a painting! Great photos.
ReplyDeleteLove the purple pepper - I need to look for some around here, I recall seeing them a couple of years back: how do they taste?! Beautiful purple pictures :)
ReplyDeleteI totally thought that was an apple! but I bet that pepper tastes amazing! we've been going through the plums at our house - my girls love them
ReplyDeleteAll I can think is, Peter Piper picked a peck or purple peppers :-) Great pictures!
ReplyDeleteWow, nice photos of some beautiful produce.
ReplyDeleteI'm with the crowd who thought the first photo was an apple too! ha! Guess you taught us something new through your photographs today! At least I know a plum when I see one! :-)
